As much as I would love to say we had a happy ending, we did ultimately have a great experience! Sheds Direct is the ONLY place I could find that had an AMAZING kennel system for our new pup. We believe this poor pup had a very negative experience with being outside and being in a kennel, so I was ecstatic we were actually able to bring him to the kennel system ourselves just to see if he would be courageous enough to get into it on his own. I was sold the minute he relaxed inside and we were able to walk a few feet away from him without a scene. Paperwork was extremely easy and the delivery and payments were all fair and so nice to work with. Unfortunately for us, as soon as we got home, we did learn some terrible news. I called the very next day and told them our situation and they were so understanding and we immediately got our refund. I can't wait to work with these guys again, hopfully when there won't be any more financial surprises waiting for us at home!

This is the best shed company i have ever been too. Danny has all the answers to any questions you may have. And if not he will get them. Very pleasant to deal with. And after you buy your shed or car-port he is still with you through the entire process and after. Not like other companies that take your money and they are done with you. I would recommend Sheds Direct of Lexington to anyone.

As a customer I dropped the ball at every turn from beaking my phone so the delivery person could not reach me to losing my keys to the shed after delivery. Luckily I could always count on Dan to help at every turn. He went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of. Without his help I am not sure how all of this would have worked out. We arrived late on a Saturday, just looking around. Danny came out and greeted us. He then allowed us to browse the inventory on our own. He answered all of our questions and took his time with us. We didn't feel rushed or pressured. We were able to fill out paperwork electronically and he handled the rest. Caleb delivered our shed. Very professional and thorough.
